Ingredients for Gluten Free Date Cake
15 dates, pitted
1 cup milk
2 eggs
1 ¾ cup oat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
⅓ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup Lily’s chocolate chips
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Dates
Microwave the milk for 45 seconds in a small bowl. Add the pitted dates and let them soak for 20 minutes to soften. Blend until smooth.
Step 2: Mix the Ingredients
Pour the blended date mixture into a bowl. Add the eggs, oat flour, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, walnuts, and chocolate chips. Stir until fully combined.
Step 3: Bake
